Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

SAT Soccer League

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may need to request a refund for your child's registration in the soccer league. Our refund policy is as follows: Refunds will be issued for any cancellation requests made prior to the start of the season. A $25.00 administrative fee will be charged for all refund requests, which will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remainder of the registration fee will be refunded to you within 7-10 business days of the request. Please note, once the season begins, no refunds will be provided except in cases of medical emergencies or other exceptional circumstances, which will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. MINI SOCCER

Mini Soccer Program Refund Policy We understand that situations may arise, and you may need to request a refund for your child’s registration in the Mini Soccer Program. Our refund policy is as follows: Refunds will be provided for any cancellation requests made before the start of the program. A $25.00 administrative fee will be applied to all refund requests, which will be deducted from the total amount paid. The remaining balance will be refunded within 7-10 business days of the request. After the program begins, no refunds will be issued unless there is a medical emergency or exceptional circumstances. These will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
