Front Desk Attendant

Job Description

SportsDome is seeking an enthusiastic and reliable Front Desk Attendant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for our customers, responsible for maintaining a positive and welcoming atmosphere at our facility.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist customers in person and over the phone.
  • Manage daily cash operations, including Cash outs and Payments for referees and coaches.
  • Handle inquiries about programs, schedules, and facility information.
  • Ensure the front desk and reception area are tidy and well-maintained.
  • Perform daily opening and closing procedures, along with general cleaning duties.
  • Support other staff as needed to ensure smooth facility operations.

Qualifications

  • Punctual and dependable with a strong work ethic.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Comfortable interacting with the public in person and over the phone.
  • Basic math skills for handling cash and payments.
  • Willingness to work evenings and weekends.
  • Ability to follow consistent daily routines and tasks.
