Position: Soccer Coach (U7-U13)

Location: SportsDome

Part-Time / Seasonal

• Previous coaching experience, particularly with youth soccer teams
• Strong understanding of soccer fundamentals and age-appropriate coaching techniques
• Patience, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with young athletes
• Ability to engage and motivate children of different skill levels
• Coaching certification or licenses are a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Lead and manage training sessions for youth soccer teams
• Create fun, engaging drills that focus on skill development and teamwork
• Foster a positive and encouraging environment where players can grow both athletically and personally
• Provide constructive feedback to help players improve their skills
• Manage game day strategies and ensure a fair, competitive, and fun experience for all participants
• Communicate regularly with parents and staff regarding player progress and league updates
